Ellen Gerstacker

Ellen was adopted by Marion Gerstacker.  This little girl got off to a rough start, she slipped her collar and was lost for several days.  Marion placed her crate and a heating pad outside, along with food and a blanket with her familiar smell on it and finally Ellen came home.  She was never sighted very far away from Marion's house and managed to keep her coat on the whole time.  Volunteers from GreyHeart, TLC and GEM all worked very hard to help Marion find her girl and bring her home safe and sound, a big thanks to all of them for their hard work.  Ellen is now doing quite well and is happy to be home with her mom Marion, which is just where she belongs.  Congratulations Ellen, you deserve the best mom ever and I think you found her!
