Obi is a complete lovebug! She
would like nothing better than to curl up on her person's lap while they stroke
her fur. She loves playing with stuffies though will drop them instantly and
come running if it means more scratchies. She's very happy-go-lucky and loves to
squirm into your lap to douse you with kisses. Obi is a very smart girl - she
learns routines easily, listens well to corrections and would excel in obedience
training. She also gets along well with the other dogs in her foster home
(greyhounds & whippets), even insisting on sharing a dog bed with one of them.
She plays well in the yard with the others or by herself - she really likes to
play with her humans the best though! She crates well and has mastered stairs in
her foster home.
She would love a home with fenced yard to play in or someone who would take her
on long walks to get her daily exercise as she's a young, active dog (for a
greyhound). She would love a canine companion though would probably be fine as
an only dog as well. Obi is also cat workable. Obi is a petite but very muscular
girl who isn't phased by anything. She's very happy-go-lucky and loves to squirm
into your lap to douse you with kisses. Obi is also very intelligent - in a few
short days at her foster home, she's already learning basic obedience commands.
With her name changed to Abby, she has been adopted on 04/02/2008 by Lynn and
Phil Szydlowski.
