"Captain" Kaurich

Captain is catching on to life as a pet quite nicely. He’s an all-around great dog; according to his foster mom, he eats well and has excellent house manners. When going for a ride, he gets into the car, usually flops right down, and rides great.  Captain will turn two in October and he is playful with other dogs but also entertains himself by throwing stuffies around. He is very friendly, loving, tolerant and easy going.  He loves walks and chasing squirrels in the yard, and being petted. He’s been to the dog park a few times and everyone comments on how friendly he is.  He follows his foster mom everywhere but is not quite a velcro dog.  He likes to be with his people and usually sleeps on a pillow in whatever room you are in. Captain is small dog and cat safe.
Captain found his forever home with Jeff and Sara Kaurich on October 3, 2009.  Way to go Captain and congrats to Jeff and Sara!
